Digital Plotting
Our digital plotting technology can output your CAD files at an astounding rate of 1600 d-size sheets per hour. Laser imaging technology ensures high quality output image after image. Choose from bond, vellum or mylar film media types.
Digital Prints/Copies
As a leader in advanced reprographic services, GRI also provides digital print and copy services, and offers several convenient options on how to send data. We can accept files via www.gillrepro.com,e-mail or FTP through our high speed, digital connections. GRI also accepts removable media such as CDs, DVDs and flash drives.
When the data is received for printing, our high speed digital imaging equipment produces your work at a maximum rate of 1,600 D-size prints per hour. This enables us to produce original quality prints as well as enlargements and reductions.
Bid Set Distribution
GRI realizes that just because the printing portion of the job is complete, the project isn’t finished yet. The next step is the bid set distribution and to help expedite this process, GRI developed a bid set distribution program that allows customers to track all bid sets distributed by GRI.
As a Project Manager, you can set-up a project for printing and distribution, and conveniently track the progress of that distribution from beginning to end. Reports include who has picked up and returned sets, when, how many, check numbers, and much more.
Small Documents
You name it, we can print or copy it! Whether you have one sheet of sticky back labels to a multi-page manual, in hard copy form or in a digital electronic file, your manuals and spec books can be printed single or double sided, on white or colored paper.
Scanning & Archiving
Our extensive knowledge of blueprints and the critical information they contain means we take great care in scanning your old blueprints for archiving purposes with an easy-to-use retrieval process. We’ll scan to file and rename your sheets based on the title block or any other information you specify. Once renamed, the plans can be burned to CD. At that point, you can search for any sheet by key word or sheet name, view the sheet on any computer with a CD-ROM, and print to any Windows based printer, even if a CAD program is not available.
Other applications for scan to file are also available. With the ability to scan originals up to 36" wide in black and white and color, there’s practically no limit to what you can store and use digitally.
